Hot on the heels of the trailer release for Tanner Hall, the 2009 movie featuring the new Lisbeth Salander, Rooney Mara, comes a full portfolio of portraits and bios for every significant character in David Fincher‘s The Girl With the Dragon Tattoo. These are appropriately grim images for the so-called ‘feel bad movie of Christmas,’ but for those who want to know what actor corresponds to their favorite (or most-hated) character in the original Swedish film, they’ll do the trick. Yesterday we were treated to a first look at a goth/punked out Rooney Mara(Nightmare on Elm Street, The Social Network) in David Fincher’s big screen adaptation of The Girl With the Dragon Tattoo. If Mara looks a little different, it is because she had her eyebrows bleached, hair chopped, and her lip, brow, nose, and nipple pierced.
